A ‘review’ based learning approach:

  • Statistically, you forget 40% of what you have just been taught/learned, upon leaving the learning environment. After a week, it goes up to 90% if you don’t have something to constantly review.
  • Worse – you don’t start at 100% retention of info, you start at 75% retention. How do we beat this negative retention learning curve?…Answer: Give athletes an opportunity to review content and interact with coaches.
